Antiparos is a small island located in the Cyclades of Greece.
With only 1000 inhabitants and 38 km2, it has a relaxing
atmosphere compared to other Greek islands. Here you will
find clean waters, nice beaches and friendly people.
With only one, car free, main street you can enjoy all the shops, tavernas and cafes, Antiparos has to offer. During the season, Antiparos can offer great night life or small, quite cafes. All depending on what you are looking for. -It has 'a little bit for everyone'. Antiparos is also famous for its amazing cave where you can read inscriptions from the past on the stalactites and stalagmites. It is also one of the most acient caves in the world!. There is a bus going from the port up to the caves.
Another popular activity during the summer, is to rent a boat or join one of the arranged boat trips around the island. You will find information regarding this in the port of Antiparos where you also can rent a bicycle, car or motorbike.
To get to Antiparos you fly to Athens or Santorini. From Athens you can take a domestic flight to the bigger neighbour island, Paros and from there take a short ferry trip over to small Antiparos. You can also take the boat from the harbour of Athens, Pireus, and the boat from the harbour of Santorini
